SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, October 22nd- 6PM. We want YOU to join us for an evening of local goodness & celebration at Berkshire Community College as we raise funds for free farm-to-table cooking classes!
In 2026 Heart & Soil Collective launched a series of grant-funded farm-to-table cooking classes in partnership with Berkshire Community College’s Essential Needs Program. Each class featured a local Chef sharing practical skills and simple recipes using locally grown ingredients purchased from Berkshire County farms. Participants learned skills, enjoyed food stories and enjoyed a meal together- the series was such a success we want to hold it again next year!
On October 22nd, join us to celebrate the abundance of Berkshire County’s harvest & community partnerships that make our work of paying farms, feeding people and connecting the community through agriculture possible. Sharing Our Abundance, A Heart & Soil Collective Community Gathering will feature farm-to-table moctails & appetizers, a family-style farm-to-table dinner with ingredients purchased from Berkshire County farms & dishes prepared by local Chefs, and a silent auction all raising funds to host free farm-to-table cooking classes this coming year.
