Meet our partner farms

Heart & Soil Collective’s Community Produce and Winter Soup Programs would not be possible without partnerships with small farms across Berkshire County and New England.

For our food security programming we purchase produce and pay farmers for their labor while working to decrease food waste and provide the freshest, most locally grown produce to homes through weekly deliveries.

Take a look at the amazing farms we work with below, and if you are a small farm interested in partnering with us for food security programming please reach out!
