What We Do

What We Do

Programming at Heart & Soil Collective is focused on local food and agricultural education- aligning with our mission of connecting people to the land where their food grows.

Our Community Produce Program runs during the summer, providing free, fresh produce purchased from small farms directly to local homes. Click to learn more about our Partner Farms.

In the winter months, our local food programming shifts to Community Soup Program, where soups are made using ingredients purchased from small farms and delivered for free to local homes.

We collaborate with schools and nonprofits to start seeds, plant and maintain community gardens as a way to meet our mission of connecting people to the land. Learn more about our community garden projects.
