Meet Our Partner Farms
Heart & Soil Collective’s Community Produce and Winter Soup Programs would not be possible without partnerships with small farms across Berkshire County and New England.
For our local food programming we purchase produce directly from farmers while working to decrease food waste and provide the freshest, most locally grown produce to homes through weekly deliveries.

Bittersweet Farm
Bittersweet Farm is a family farm located on Barker Road in Pittsfield offering fresh vegetables, cut flowers, honey, baked goods, eggs and seasonal products from their farm stand on site.
During the summer season you can find fresh veggies, cut flowers, delicious home baked goodies, and in the fall stop by for mums, pumpkins and corn.
You can support Bittersweet Farm at their seasonal farm stand, 981 Barker Road in Pittsfield 9AM to 6PM, 7 days a week.

CAVU Farm
CAVU Farm is a family farm located on Fales Road in Cheshire where the Zeiminski brothers are working to rebuild their generations old family farm land.
They have a farm store on site and offer fresh vegetables, fruit, flowers as well as locally grown and produced CBD products.
You can support CAVU Farm at their farm store, 200 Fales Road in Cheshire, or find them at the North Adams Farmers Market Saturdays 9-1 June through October.

Field Of Love Farm
Field of Love Farm is small farm in Sheffield, Massachusetts growing diversified produce for farmers market and wholesale. Farmer Alyssa is passionate about promoting local food and agriculture and strives to spread their love for farming to the community.
Field of Love grows vegetables, including established asparagus fields, herbs and flowers.
You can support Field of Love Farm at the Sheffield farmers market on Fridays between May 24th and October 11th from 3-6PM 125 Main Street (in the church parking lot) and by visiting their website to stay updated on products.

Full Well Farm
Farmers Meg (they/ she) and Laura (she/her) founded Full Well Farm in 2018 and currently manage three-quarters of an acre of permanent, no-till beds. They offer vegetable, herb and flower CSAs and grow using no-till practices with a focus on sustainability and climate resilience.
Full Well Farm is located on East Road in Adams, MA on the Burnett Farm property, where Meg’s grandparents ran their family dairy business for over 40 years.
You can support Full Well Farm at the North Adams Farmers Market, Saturdays 9-1 from June through October or visit their farm stand on East Road in Adams from Memorial Day to Labor Day Tuesday 4-7 pm, Saturday 9 am – 5 pm, Sunday 10 am – 5 pm.

Holiday Brook Farm
Holiday Brook Farm is made up of 1,300 acres of forest and farmland that has been sustainably managed for four generations by the Crane family.
They have a farm store on site and offer fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs, meat and maple syrup as well as compost services and Air B & B rental, wedding/ event space at their historic farm.

Second Drop Farm
Samantha and Patrick, farmers at Second Drop Farm, are passionate about cultivating not just crops, but a true sense of community. Their fields are abundant with a colorful mosaic of seasonal fruit, vegetables, and flowers grown using sustainable practices that honor the land.
Second Drop Farm is a working farm and a destination, hosting community events, story walks amongst the berry fields and a soon-to-open Cafe.
You can support Second Drop Farm at local farmers markets by visiting their Farm Store at 551 North Main Street, and by coming to pick flowers and berries through the summer months.

Shaker Creek Farm
Shaker Creek Farm is a family farm located in Stephentown, New York focusing on farmed and foraged foods: pasture raised poultry, vegetables and herbs including locally grown ginger and turmeric. In their nursery you can purchase chestnut and native tree seedlings raised at the farm.

Square Roots Farm
Square Roots Farm was founded in 2010 by Michael Gallagher and Ashley Amsden, who have worked to build a diversified pasture raised meat and poultry farm on 185 acres of the old Fletcher Farm in Lanesborough. Cows at Square Roots and grass fed, pigs and poultry are pasture-raised and supplemented with locally grown, non GMO feed.
You can support Square Roots Farm by stopping at the farm, signing up for meat and egg shares or ordering through their online store and at the Pittsfield and North Adams Farmers Markets throughout the year.

Windy Ridge Organic Farm
Windy Ridge Organic Farm is a family-owned certified organic farm in Hawley MA specializing in organic starts and seedlings.
Owner Julia founded Windy Ridge Organics in 2009, with a focus on edible and medicinal plants. Windy Ridge is deeply involved with food justice through food security programming in Holyoke, Pittsfield and Northampton MA as well as growing seedlings for and managing community gardens in Pittsfield.
