Farm to Table Dinner Fundraiser

Join Heart & Soil Collective for our first-ever Farm-To-Table Dinner Party, highlighting the amazing farms we partner with and our ongoing work to provide free, fresh food to homes across Berkshire County. In 2024 we are delivering fresh produce purchased from local farms to 100 homes a week. This fundraiser will allow us to provide more fresh food directly to homes in 2025.
Tickets are $150.00 each, come with a copy of our Local Produce Guide and a raffle ticket to win a bag of goodies from our Partner Farms!
Cash bar will be open throughout the event.
From 5-6PM enjoy hors d’oeuvres from the farm, (truffle deviled eggs and crudités with beet hummus!) Meet our Partner Farmers and learn about Heart & Soil Collective’s impacts across Berkshire County.
Dinner Menu:
- Berkshire County Garden Salad with Maple Lemon Vinaigrette
- Carrot, Ginger & Red Lentil Soup
- Roasted Root Veggies with Farro & Roasted Chickpeas
- Elote Corn Salsa with Roasted Carrot & Cabbage Slaw Tacos
- Almond Oatmeal Cake with Blueberry Compote & Whipped Cream
Take home treats from our Partner Farms-
Everyone who attends our Farm-To-Table Dinner will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of our signature Heart & Soil Collective green cooler bags filled with value-added goodies from our Partner Farms: set of veggie cards, maple syrup, pickles, jam, dried flowers, lotion & more!
Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase during the event for $10 each, winner will be drawn at 8PM.

Each ticket to our Farm-To-Table Dinner comes with one of our hot-off-the-press Local Produce Guide books. Along with original illustrations of 72 fruits, veggies and herbs grown in Berkshire County our book includes nutritional information, cooking tips and fun facts.
These guide books were created to better help program participants identify and know how to eat the free, fresh produce they receive from us each week.
